About Us

We are a locally owned and operated food truck serving Sioux Falls and surrounding areas. We provide a variety of made-from-scratch, mouth-watering food ranging from chicken strips to chislic. Our menu focuses on ensuring that everyone who visits us will find something they'll enjoy! Before the pandemic hit hard, we operated the local restaurant Blue 42 in Hartford and plan on bringing back some classics from there with a few new recipes we have been testing along the way!
